Music Ministry at FBC Maysville
Music is a way to worship God at First Baptist Church of Maysville.
Our sunday morning service is a service blended with old and new music from hymns to praise choruses. We believe there is no wrong way to worship God through music. Sunday evening is a more casual time where we may have a band or acoustic guitar or even a special musical guest at times. There are many opportunities to be involved in music at FBC. We have a choir for adults that allows teenagers to participate as well. The choir hosts a community Christmas choir each year with members of the community. Instrumental music from guitars, piano, drums, organ, all are available for you to share through the direction of the music minister. Children present a Christmas Choir presentation each year as well. The True Light Quartet gospel music group is centered at FBC and presents concerts throughout the state and area. There are also several concerts presented each year by known artists and usually at no charge. If you are interested, send Kyle Bridgman a note and let him know that you would like to be involved. |
