GREETINGS, EVERYONE! We continue to pray for our Ukrainian brothers and sisters as the conflict with Russia persists. Some have sought refuge in neighboring countries. Missionary friends of ours serving with Campus Crusade in Poland have received some Ukrainian refugees. Others are choosing to find safer places within Ukraine to stay. While this is the season when we typically focus on our North American mission offering (Annie Armstrong Easter Offering or "AAEO"), if you have to choose I would suggest the more immediate need is Ukraine relief. You may designate your offering envelope "Ukraine Relief" or give online here.
In the midst of the conflict, the Lord is at work through His people. Take a moment and read these recent articles of what is happening in and around Ukraine and how Christians are responding to the crisis. Also the Ukraine prayer sheet is attached. BONUS: The Imperials recorded this song "Lord of the Harvest" in 1982. Here they are singing it at Six Flags Over Texas in 1984, way before Autotune (get a load of their cool backdrop!). I thought it might be good preparation for our time in the word of God tomorrow as we look at Luke 10:1-16. Take a listen and be blessed. See you in church! Grace and peace, Pastor Greg
