Greetings, everyone!

MACH IV Men's Ministry will meet this evening at 6 pm for a meal, devotional and Christian fellowship at FBC in the fellowship hall. All men and boys are invited to attend.

TOMORROW is the Lord's Day!
The Children's Christmas program has been postponed to Sunday, Dec. 19, still at 10:40 am. Please come out to support them as they share the Christmas story with us. Tomorrow will be a normal Sunday service.
It is also the third Sunday of Advent. I encourage you to supplement your daily Bible reading schedule with the Advent Bible readings listed below.  The first reading of the day is normally repeated across three consecutive days for reinforcement. Click on the link to go to the electronic version.

  • Sunday School/Bible Study for All Ages at 9:30. If you are not in a Bible Study class, there is no better time to join than this Sunday!
  • Worship Together at 10:40 in the Sanctuary. Here are the Scriptures we will be reading that will shape our corporate worship. Take a few moments to read and meditate on them. Also, we have seven different Scriptures in our morning worship, so they make a great resource for personal or family worship Sunday through Saturday. Click anywhere on the link to see a printable version of these passages on biblegateway.com
    • Fighter Verses: Psalm 23:1-2
    • Call to Worship: Isaiah 12:1-6
    • OT Reading: Zephaniah 3:14-20
    • NT Reading: Philippians 4:4-7
    • Assurance of Pardon: Romans 5:1

  • Budget Proposal for 2022 will be available in the narthex tomorrow morning (Dec. 12) for you to preview. Tomorrow evening, we will discuss the budget proposal during the member meeting at 6 pm. Any questions and concerns you may have regarding the proposed budget need to be addressed in that meeting. On the following Sunday morning, Dec. 19, immediately following morning worship, the proposed budget will be voted on by the membership with a yes or no vote.  Thank you for bearing with us while we worked out a couple of kinks in the proposal.
  • Monthly Member Meeting, 6 pm. The primary focus of this meeting will be the 2022 budget proposal being presented by our Stewardship Team.
